The methodology is split into 3 levels to make learning simple for any players from beginner to top club level. It focuses on the theory that if players can be in the correct position they will be able to cover the court well as a pair and if they choose the right shot then they will be able to make their positioning easier. It works through the 9 different formations that players can be in, the 1st two levels focus on the positioning, court coverage and shot selection that players need in the various formations whilst the 3rd level focuses on how to use the different formations and strategies to help you win points more easily.
