The methodology of S.C.Tennis Doubles School is based on club level tennis from improvers
through to the top teams and focuses on how to put your opponents under more pressure by
positioning yourselves correctly, covering the court well as a pair and choosing the correct shot
so that you make less errors. More recently it has been tailored specifically to women, an area that has not yet been explored by any other doubles methodology. It gives important details to women regarding the differences they have to men physically and mentally which will lead to different techniques and tactics.

The methodology focuses heavily on lobs in each section, a key area in the women's game.
Not only do they need to use it well but more importantly they need to know how to cover it.
