Level 2 – how to defend well – what to do when both back v both up.

This video covers the shot selection of the baselines when both back against both up. If they are staggered correctly then the best options are at the feet of the player who is furthest away from the net (CVP) or lob over the player closest to the net (AVP). The baseliners must communicate well about middle balls, usually the player with their strongest shot will take anything down the middle.
